NOTE: The Park is open to the general public; please follow the signs to the temporary Visitor Check-In location at the historic Post Office building. Please note also that due to ongoing clean-up from severe storm damage, some portions of the Park (including the 1930s cattleworking demonstrations) will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Christmas in the Park

Christmas is coming to the Park this year in all of its historical glory. Travel through Christmas pasts as we explore the customs and decorations from 1830s to the 1930s. Be sure to stop by the 1860s Ryon Prairie Home for a Christmas treat or visit Santa’s temporary workshop at the 1930s Bach House. Special holiday activity classes will be held every Saturday through the month of December from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please note that we are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
