Blacksmithing For The Home: February 17
Are you curious to learn how the objects you see around the George Ranch were made? Starting with an overview of forging, this class will cover the basics of making objects for the home, both inside and out. This may include objects such as bookends, grilling tools, candlesticks, racks, hooks, stands, bottle openers and fire tools.
Participants must wear cotton or wool clothing (no synthetic materials) and closed-toed shoes. Students also must bring their own eye and ear protection. Costs of materials are included in the cost of class.

Location: Blacksmith Shop (Meet at the George Ranch Historical Park Visitor Center)
