Father’s Day Frontier Survival Class

1830s Frontier Survival Class
11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Find your inner pioneer with a special Frontier Survival Class. Learn the necessary skills for the Texas prairie and help fire off the cannon. The class will be held at 11 a.m, 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and is limited to 30 participants for each session. Sign-up begins at 9 a.m. Saturday morning.

Behind-the-Barrier Blacksmithing Workshop
10 a.m., Noon & 2 p.m.

Another special experience will be offered at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at our 1890s working blacksmith shop. Up to 4 participants a session can join our blacksmith behind the barrier and get a basic introduction to the art of blacksmithing. These 2-hour workshops would be a special treat for dad and cost $10 per person!
