Our Rental Facilities include a Dance Hall, Indoor Arena, Pavilion, Gazebo, a Chapel, rustic Barn, Treehouse and gorgeous grounds! Take a look at our wide variety of charming venues suitable for any type of special occasion.
Guy Lodge Hall
The Guy Lodge Hall is Texas all the way — wooden floors, a punched tin ceiling and stenciled walls. It was built in 1913 as a dance hall and was moved to its present location in the 1980s and restored to its original appearance. The Lodge Hall can seat up to 125 people comfortably; tenting for up to 400 guests can be arranged in the South Yard at an additional charge.

Beasley Post Office
Built at the turn-of-the-20th-century as the Beasley Hardware Store and Post Office, this facility is great for housing luncheons, small meetings or as an overflow building to the Guy Lodge Hall. The Post Office can seat up to 30 guests.
Enticing grassy yard area with large live oak trees for partial shade. Located adjacent to the Beasley Post Office. Can be tented (up to 40′ x 80′) for shade and protection from the weather.

Beasley Baptist Chapel
This charming, storybook church was built in 1910 with all-natural wood pews that can seat between 80 and 100 guests. Rental is limited to a two-hour maximum (including set-up and break-down).
Polly Ryon Gazebo
Neighboring the Chapel behind the Beasley Post Office and nestled amid lush green grass is our beautiful 20′ x 20′ Gazebo. This lovely location is perfect for a bridal shower, luncheon or other special occasions. Rental is limited to two hours.
Built in the early 1900s for A.P. and Mamie George’s niece Mary, the Tree House Yard can be used for corporate gatherings, family reunions and other outdoor events. Rental is limited to two hours (including set-up and break-down) with a maximum of 200 people. The Tree House Yard is only available after Park hours.
The Longhorn Barn
Built in the early 1930s by Mr. and Mrs. George, this barn has been renovated to be a spectacular venue hall. It has beautiful stained glass-look windows, tongue and groove wooden walls and a built-in stage. The Longhorn Barn can accommodate 100 people and, with tenting, can hold approximately 250 people in the adjoining area.
Circle O Pavilion
Our open-air Circle O Pavilion is nestled in more than two acres of lush green grass, perfect for company picnics, family reunions or other outdoor events. This site seats up to 200 comfortably and can accommodate up to 2,000 by adding a tent in the fenced adjacent yard.
Our 63,000-square foot metal indoor/outdoor arena is a great place for equestrian and livestock events, concerts, picnics, parties or trade shows. Costs include packing or disking the arena floor, plenty of parking, grandstand seating for up to 500 people, enclosed sound booth and clean restrooms. Additional fees apply for upgraded seating; Coggins papers required for use of equine animals, if applicable; Rodeo participants are required to have notarized liability waivers.
