Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority, so social distancing and additional health and safety precautions are currently in place. Here’s what you need to know before you come:

Masks are Mandatory

All guests ages 10 and up are required to wear face coverings when entering buildings to protect staff and other visitors. Staff members and volunteers are also required to wear masks.

Maintain Social Distancing

You will be sharing some spaces with other visitors, including restrooms, home sites and on the transportation tram. Follow CDC guidelines for keeping you, your family, and other site visitors healthy.  You should maintain at least 6 feet of distance between you and anyone not in your household. We will be operating house tours at reduced capacity to help ensure proper social distancing.
